The money that left our accounts is the ultimate truth. · Data: Mar 1 – Aug 14 2026 (Sapphire + Banco 1523 + Venmo) · Built 2026-08-25
📊 Monthly burn by category
August is partial (statements close on the 14th). Card payments and account-to-account transfers are excluded — no double counting.
🍩 Where the money goes (avg per month, Apr–Jul)
Two halves of the burn: ■ Lifestyle (cool colors) and ■ Help & people (warm colors) — same color families as the tiles up top. Every correction you make in the ledger sharpens these.
👥 People we pay
Venmo names now cover the FULL Jan–Aug window (pulled from the Venmo statement pages Aug 25). Per-week = total seen ÷ weeks of that source's coverage — this is the defensible number for any pay conversation.
💵 Where the money comes from (into Banco 1523)
⚠️ The bank cannot tell an options PAYCHECK from a capital WITHDRAWAL — the brokerage rows mix both (e.g. Aug includes a $20,000 Schwab capital pull on Aug 4, not income; true weekly paychecks began Aug 2026). The exact paycheck ledger lives in the options desk.
The winter cushion is gone. Nov–Dec 2025 the household drew $28.7k + $41.8k OUT of CLO Corp while only $2.5k + $9.8k came in from UGAR — living off CLO's stored 2025 cash. That reserve is now ~$2.6k. This is why 2026 has required stock sales: the buffer that used to absorb the burn no longer exists.
📉 Reserve drawdown — what it took to keep everything running
This is the "sinking ship" ledger: personal wealth converted to cash to cover business and household gaps. Full 2025 history gets added when those statements are loaded.
